Maryborough Theatre Company is the heartbeat of our local performing arts scene, providing a total theatre experience for adults and children alike. From spellbinding musicals like Into the Woods to our beloved annual Community Christmas Carols, we bring the magic of the stage to life right here in Maryborough. Whether you’re an aspiring actor, a seasoned performer, or a curious volunteer, there’s a place for you to belong, grow in confidence, and form lifelong friendships.
Our junior programs offer a vibrant space for kids aged 7–15 to build confidence and find their voice. With a focus on big imagination and real-world stage experience, we offer young performers the chance to lead major productions and work with passionate directors. Join us and watch the magic happen as our next generation of stars takes the stage.
“The Maryborough Theatre Company was born in 2013 from a shared vision to unite local talent. By merging three established local groups—Wattle City Players, Sleeping Star Productions and Town Attached Productions—we formed a single, stronger entity dedicated to bringing high-quality performing arts to the Maryborough community.”
